Plovdiv International Technical Fair 2006, Bulgarie - 27 september 2006.

IRC Lower Saxony/Saxony-Anhalt and IRC Bulgaria organise a Technology Brokerage Event in the field of mechanical engineering that will take place during the International Technical Fair 2006 in Plovdiv, 27. September 2006. Partners will be the Community Centre Saxony-Anhalt and the German-Bulgarian Society as well.
The fair is the biggest in Southeast Europe, and offers business and co-operation contacts especially to companies, RTD organisations and experts. It is a unique opportunity to meet and establish cross-border contacts with European companies.

5th European Conference in Mobile Solutions, MOBILE EUROPE, MALAGA 2006 - 18 & 19 september 2006.

The Agency of Innovation and Development of Andalusia in collaboration with the Bremer Investitions-Gesellschaft mbH is organising the 5th European Conference in Mobile Solutions, MOBILE EUROPE, MALAGA 2006 :

The venue will be the Trade Fairs and Conference Centre of Malaga (Spain) during the 18th and 19th of September 2006 under the theme “Connectivity and cooperation: the future of mobile solutions”.The objectives of this 5th edition focus on the need to approach the changes in the mobility concept, the analysis of enabling and supporting technologies, as ambient intelligence, and the revision of applications with a greater impact in the market.

The target audiences are: ICT companies with focus on mobile and emergent technologies, research groups and academia, European projects on these sector or users that want to know the state-of-the-art on mobile solutions including infrastructure, embedded systems, wearable devices, ubiquitous computing as well as practical applications.

There are foreseen a networking/brokerage event to allow bilateral or multilateral contacts and on-site visits to companies in the Malaga technopole.

Complementary Industry Show (FIC 2006) - Séville - 3/4/5 October 2006.

IRC Southern Europe is organizing a TT Day in Parallel to the celebration o the 4th Complementary Industry Show (FIC 2006), that is going to take place on the 3, 4 and 5 of October 2006 and constitutes a business meeting forum for the industrial sector that facilitates direct contacts between regional, home and international tractor and auxiliary businesses to sponsor and promote the opportunity to materialise market expansion and diversification in view of the requirements of extensive subcontracting entries that are producing large-scale projects.

The Technology Transfer Day on Complementary Industry during October the 5th is being organized with the aim of offer an promoting the possibility of future collaborations, such as licensing agreements, development cooperation, joint ventures, commercial agreements with technical assistance or manufacturing agreements.

Promofood 2006 - International Partnership Forum for the Food Industries - Postdam (Germany) - 25 & 26 October 2006.

"PromoFood" is an international partnership forum for companies and research institutions active in the food sector, which takes place for the second time in Potsdam on 25 and 26 October 2006.

"PromoFood" offers a program of carefully planned business-to-business talks for firms and institutions from Germany and abroad:

- Distribution and marketing
- Food processing
- Food products research and development
- Logistics
- Miscellaneous
- Packaging and design
- Production and processing technologies

In 2005, more than 80 companies and research institutes participated in the Promofood brokerage event.

"Promofood" is organised by the IFUS & friends e.V. and the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and supported by the IRC North Germany. Participation of companies from outside Germany is free.

Biotechnologies

BIOFORUM - Partnering Event 2006 - 19/20 septembre 2006 - Milan (Italie).

IRC Lombardia organises a partnering event during BIOFORUM 2006, the third edition of the conference and exhibition on Biotechnologies that will take place in Milan from 19th to 20th September 2006.

In 2005 Bioforum had 1318 participants from 419 companies or organisations from Italy (in particular from Lombardy: 57%) and from several European countries.
The conference-exhibition will give the opportunity to know the Italian biotech sector and in particular the Lombardy biotech cluster, the most important in Italy for number of companies, research institutes and universities.

The aim of the partnering event is to organise qualified one-to-one meetings between potential partners in order to establish technology collaborations.

Participation in the partnering event is free of charge.

6th Annual Biotechnology Conference and Exhbition - London - 11 december 2006.

Running alongside Genesis - the 6th Annual Biotechnology Conference and Exhbition, London IRC has organised the biotechnology brokerage event. This forum for one-to-one meetings is the perfect opportunity for organisation to find potential partners across Europe for product development, research and development, joint ventures, manufacturing, marketing or licensing agreements.
