A one-day event focused on oncology is proposed by IRC SOFRAA (partner Cast located in Lausanne, Switzerland) and BioAlps. Conferences given by invited speakers from research institutes and pharma industries will give an overview on recent developments and perspectives for the future. Plenary lectures will open the day. Then thematic presentations will run in parallel with the brokerage event. One-to-one meetings will be pre-organised on the basis of a catalogue. This event is the opportunity for research institutes, start-ups and pharma companies, developing new drugs, vectors or delivery systems, working on diagnosis or therapy, to meet around innovative technologies. The objective of the event is to generate contacts for technology transfer between local and European research centres/companies, and to help SMEs participate in collaborative research projects of the European Commission FP6 program.
