EnergyMed 2005: ‘Conference Exhibition on Renewable Sources and Energy Efficiency in the Mediterranean Countries’- Naples 14-16 Avril 2005

EnergyMed2005 is an international exhibition event conceived for enterprises, research centres and institutions of the Mediterranean countries with the aim to present state-of-the-art technologies in the field of renewables and energy efficiency; in particular:
- Bio-climatic architecture
- Biomass
- Fuel, vehicles and innovative systems for sustainable mobility
- Cogeneration
- Eolic energy
- Photovoltaic energy
- Geothermal energy
- Hydroelectric energy
- Hydrogen
- Heating and air-conditioning

On the occasion of the EnergyMed 2005 Exhibition, IRC IRIDE will organise the demonstration of a set of the Technology Offer raising from the enterprises and research centres from the Campania Region, with the aim of identifying potential technology recipients and/or scientific-industrial partners from the Mediterranean Area and in the field of Renewable Sources and Energy Efficiency.
Each technology profile will be collected in a catalogue that will be distributed in advance to the potential partners, with the aim of arranging bilateral meetings in a dedicated area of the exhibition.
The meetings will be organised in collaboration with Sprint Campania (Regional Agency for Enterprise Internationalisation), which will provide financial support to the foreign enterprises.

Oncology Partnering Event - 14 Juin 2005 - Genève - Conférences et Rencontres technologiques.

A one-day event focused on oncology is proposed by IRC SOFRAA (partner Cast located in Lausanne, Switzerland) and BioAlps. Conferences given by invited speakers from research institutes and pharma industries will give an overview on recent developments and perspectives for the future.

Plenary lectures will open the day. Then thematic presentations will run in parallel with the brokerage event. One-to-one meetings will be pre-organised on the basis of a catalogue. This event is the opportunity for research institutes, start-ups and pharma companies, developing new drugs, vectors or delivery systems, working on diagnosis or therapy, to meet around innovative technologies.

The objective of the event is to generate contacts for technology transfer between local and European research centres/companies, and to help SMEs participate in collaborative research projects of the European Commission FP6 program.

BioAlps is an association, financed by the cantons, to promote the activities in life sciences of Western Switzerland research institutes and companies.
Euresearch is the Swiss network that promotes participation in the European Commission framework programmes.

SIFAO 2005 – 4th Automotive Supplier Show - 10, 11 et 12 Mai 2005 - Le Mans.

The Reversed Trade Show of the Automotive Industry in Western France.

Since 1999, SIFAO has been welcoming subcontractors, automotive industry suppliers, automotive service providers, companies seeking European partners, new technological solution offerers. SIFAO is a reversed exhibition, a unique opportunity to meet purchasers who have chosen to meet suppliers and providers on their exhibition stand.

Organised by PERFORMANCE 2010 and Le Mans-Sarthe Economic Development Agency, SIFAO will take place on 11th and 12th May 2005 in the Forum at the “Centre des Expositions” of Le Mans.

For this 4th edition, SIFAO will welcome “INTERNATIONAL SIFAO” assisted by the Centr’Atlantic IRC to optimise international company meetings, e.g. Germany, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Canada, USA.

SEAFOOD - Bruxelles - Rencontres technologiques - 26 Avril 2005.

An IRC brokerage event will taking place in parallel with European Seafood Exhibition (ESE), the world's largest annual seafood event.

Given that ESE offers the single place to meet the entire seafood industry - all the top-level decision-makers in purchasing, supplying, processing, distributing, and import-exporting - this opens a world of business, with chances to transact, negotiate and connect with clients. ESE attracts visitors from over 100 countries.

Pile à combustibles et technologies Hydrogènes - Birmingham (UK) - le 24 Mai 2005 : rencontres technologiques internationales.

The Midlands Innovation Relay Centre is holding a partnering event, focusing on Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Technology, to be held during the fifth annual conference on Climate Change Solutions - European Renewable Energy and Technology on 24th May 2005 at the NEC in Birmingham, UK. This annual conference runs alongside both the national renewable energy management exhibition (NEMEX 2005) and Environmental Technologies exhibition 2005 (ET2005).

In 2004 the Climate Change Solutions conference received over 500 delegates, with speakers from BP, BMW, Rolls Royce and the Department of Trade and Industry. For 2005 a two-day conference is planned. On day one a partnering event on Fuel Cells and hydrogen technology will take place; this will be followed up on day two with an international conference dedicated to Hydrogen and Fuel Cells and the low-carbon economy.

The Midlands Innovation Relay Centre would like to invite technology-oriented organisations to participate in a Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Technology partnering event on 24th and attend the conference on 25th May 2005. The event will offer a meeting forum for technology developers and those seeking technology from all over Europe to discuss future collaboration and business.

The Brokerage Event will focus on Fuel Cells and Hydrogen technologies, in particular :
